Mr. Tibbitts, the great-great-great grandson of Jonathan and Deborah Cilley, writes about the twenty-fourth, twenty-fifth and twenty-eighth Congressional sessions, a time in history that has special significance to the Cilley family.   • "Reflections of My Life" by Judge William Foster Norris, 1847-1923. Norris was the son of a Thomaston sea captain. His monograph, written in his later years for his family, is an interesting study of life in nineteenth century Thomaston during the height of the ship building era. This is a new paper back book.

    With Prefaces and Notes by Brian S. Heintzelman.

    Major Hewett, a resident of Thomaston, served in the Maine 8th Infantry. Following the war, he returned and became one of the outstanding men of the town in both his secular and spirtual life. The book is 222 pages in soft cover with many photographs.

These shirts were made in celebration of our 400th year celebration of the landing in Thomaston of British explorer, Captain George Waymouth.

  • Note paper, folded notes and envelopes with line drawing of the 316 ton schooner Albert D. Henderson at the wharf of the former J. A. Creighhton lime kiln. She was built by Captain Avery and other owners in 1870. General Henry Knox's estate, Montpelier, is visible on the left center horizon line. Packaged 10 to the box and housed in a crisp acetate box, they make a lovely gift.
